Who is God ?

The concept of God varies greatly across cultures, religions, and personal beliefs, often representing an ultimate power or supreme being beyond human understanding. In many religious traditions, God is seen as the creator, sustainer, and ruler of the universe, encompassing qualities like omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresence. For some, God embodies love, justice, and mercy, while for others, God may be perceived as an abstract force or the underlying order of the cosmos.

In Hinduism, gods are often represented through a rich pantheon with diverse forms, symbolizing different aspects of the divine. Christianity centers on a single God with a trinitarian understanding: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Islam views God as Allah, the one and only, indivisible deity who is beyond human attributes and comprehension. Buddhism generally focuses on enlightenment and does not center on a creator God, although some schools incorporate deities and spiritual beings.

Beyond religion, some people interpret God as a philosophical or metaphysical concept, such as the principle of consciousness, the totality of existence, or the force that binds life together. For many, God is deeply personal, representing love, guidance, or a profound sense of connection with the universe. The understanding of God is as diverse as humanity itself, often reflecting individual and cultural perspectives on the mysteries of life, existence, and purpose.
