Focus is called as “Power of Attention”
“START SMALL” with tiny activities rather than making a big plans, Use the time that you have and focus on the task at any cost. “REMOVE ALL DISTRACTIONS” that you have in your surroundings like the mobile, phone, TV, discussions or chats, etc. (Suggestion: Keep yourself, in a seperate room if possible and complete the task with the set time). Now, “FOCUS ON THE WHY” thing not on the mood. The last step is “DISCIPLINE” is the most important thing rather than motivation. Show up every time, repeat the task and be a “WINNER”.
In this process, please choose “Single Tasking” rather than Multi tasking because, in single tasking you are having the benefits of linear flow, high concentration, better quality, and more efficiency but coming to multi-tasking you will be having 30% more struggling, frequent task switch (looses focus), lower productivity and more possible errors.
Why we get more distracted ?

- Information overload
- Sensory Stimuli
Over the years, the average attention span has decreased and average ambition span time has increased which is likely to be around 82%

Every product is useful but we need to keep the usage in limits that will keep us in a better place. Things that we have created should be useful for the good, growth and development but it should not downgrade ourselves.
